Role – Business Development Executive
Location – Mumbai (Maharshtra)
Reports to: State Head
Principal Accountabilities
To service key A&Ds assigned to him/her and generate business in form of leads in the retail segment and ensure its timely and effective closures.
Delivers market product penetration and promotion to drive architectural and Design sales efforts, builds relationships at a senior level with the Principal architects to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify key A&Ds, target clients aligned with each firm, prioritization of target accounts and strategies to develop each account, working collaboratively with relevant A&D firm to increase market share and develop strong business relationship.
- Applies working knowledge of A&D community and contacts to influence specifications.
- Promote, communicate and positively represents Lixil products , services and capabilities to A&D firms, influencers and potential customers. Always maintains high degree of professionalism
- Develops and fosters collaborative working relationships with sales leadership, area sales teams and cross functional strategic account teams to support market account initiatives in achieving sales goals.
- Generate maximum business in form of leads and specifications and ensuring its times and effective closure through persistent follow-up with the clients and the sales team.
- Timely submission of reporting formats and maintaining a good funnel of leads so that every month strong database contributes to overall achievement of targets assigned.
Other Skills
1 Prior experience: 5-6 years in Architects specification function or key accounts( Retail)
2 Preference : Female/Male
3 Relevant Industry: Sanitaryware, Lighting, Furniture,
4 A go getter with strong follow ups.
What You’ll Need
- Preferable similar industry (Building material industry)
- Having Min 3-4 Yrs of experience in Business Development.
- Good Connect with Architects / Interior Designer
- Willing to travel frequently
- Age should be below 32 Yrs
