Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Bpo Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Bpo Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing them with information about our services. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our services
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns they may have
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to the overall success of the company Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bpo Telecaller or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence clients
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The selected candidate will be required to work from our office in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
