Ad Operations Executive GAM 360

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager (GAM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ad trafficking, campaign management, and performance monitoring across programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Own)

• Manage day-to-day operations on Google Ad Manager (GAM / GAM 360)
• Set up, traffic, and monitor campaigns to ensure smooth delivery
• Create line items, configure targeting, and implement creatives
• Perform basic yield optimization (floors, priority settings, demand allocation)
• Monitor performance metrics such as fill rate, impressions, and revenue
• Assist in managing demand via AdX and AdSense
• Support publisher onboarding, including ads.txt / app-ads.txt validation
• Generate reports and identify discrepancies in delivery/performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic ad delivery issues
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
• Basic understanding of AdX and AdSense
• Familiarity with ad serving metrics (impressions, fill rate, CPM, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML / JavaScript ad tags
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

• Independently set up and manage campaigns in GAM
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery
• Identify and flag drops in RPM / fill rate
• Utilize GAM reports and debugging tools effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
