Job Title: Assistant Architect- Sketchup(Must) & AutoCAD
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare 3D drawings for projects. The role involves working closely with the project and site teams to capture on-site changes and accurately update construction drawings to reflect the final built condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 3D drawings based on site-marked plans, redlines, and actual measurements and as built.
- Visit project sites (if required) to verify and record on-site conditions, dimensions, and modifications.
- Update the drawings to reflect field changes and ensure drawing accuracy.
- Ensure all drawings meet company drafting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation, file naming, and drawing version control.
