Job Description

A Social Media Executive is a key player in a company’s online marketing strategy, responsible for the development and execution of social media plans that enhance brand recognition, customer engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, and will know how to tailor content to each platform. They will manage and create engaging content, utilize data analytics to inform decisions, and stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in social media. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who excels at both crafting fresh, engaging content and analyzing its performance to optimize future endeavors.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective social media strategy aligning with business goals.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for a range of social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and competitive insights.

  • Work with designers to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in marketing.
  • Exceptional knowledge of all current social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Creative flair for producing engaging and relevant content consistently.
  • Familiarity with social media metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent time management skills capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a constantly evolving digital environment.
