Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar construction supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
