Job Description

A Store Executive plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of retail or storage facilities, ensuring efficient inventory management, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. This multifaceted position requires a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills and an ability to multitask effectively. The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing sales activities, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure store meets quality standards and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proven track record in managing a team with successful results.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
