The Senior HR Generalist / Executive is a key strategic partner within the human resources team, responsible for providing operational excellence and strategic insight to optimize employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of HR functions and practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The individual will act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure harmonious and effective workplace relationships. The Senior HR Generalist / Executive is expected to implement HR initiatives in alignment with business goals and contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment. This position also involves mentoring junior HR staff and leading various HR projects that support the growth and development of the company and its employees.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management effectively and impartially.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in creating employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at the local and national level.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that motivate employees.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
  • Consult with leadership on strategic staffing plans and organizational development.
  • Craft and update HR policies and procedures to meet organizational needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR staff to enhance their capabilities and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting.
