Salesforce QA Tester (225-726)

As a Salesforce QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations. This position requires a professional who can design, implement, and execute test plans and cases to detect any issues or bugs, ensuring that end users experience a seamless and functional interface. Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Create detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure complete test coverage.
• Execute manual and automated testing on Salesforce platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies found during testing phases.
• Communicate testing progress and results to the project management team regularly.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide testing perspective and feedback.
• Ensure that software quality assurance standards are consistently applied across all projects.
• Perform regression testing whenever there are changes or enhancements to the Salesforce applications.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve application functionality and user experience.
• Support deployment activities to ensure smooth and efficient launches of new features or updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, particularly with Salesforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with testing automation tools and experience in automated testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Salesforce or Quality Assurance is considered an advantage.
