Job Description

As a Reservations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the reservation process for our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to offer exceptional customer service while ensuring that all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately. You are expected to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle challenges promptly will be essential to the success of our operations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservation inquiries and process bookings efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide detailed information to clients regarding booking options and availability.
  • Ensure all booking records are kept up-to-date and accurate in the database.
  • Resolve any issues or changes to reservations quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders for long-term engagement.
  • Assist in optimizing revenue through effective inventory and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare reports and statistics on bookings and occupancy as required by management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor practices to recommend improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train junior team members or new hires in reservation management processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote special offers and maximize booking potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role within the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and related software applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
