Job Description

The role of a Production Coordinator is pivotal in the manufacturing and production industries. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the production schedule, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and that products are completed on time. You will work closely with various departments, including the production team, quality assurance, and logistics, to support and maintain the workflow. You will be tasked with problem-solving issues that arise during production and will need to effectively communicate new processes, changes in schedules, or adjustments in deadlines. Additionally, maintaining high-efficiency levels while meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements will be crucial. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production schedules to ensure products are completed on time.
  • Monitor production activities and resolve problems that may arise during the process.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Maintain and update records relating to production activities and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, production management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of production planning and quality control principles.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Experience with scheduling software and production-related software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for production.
