Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to lead our hiring efforts and bring top-tier talent into our organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize social media platforms and job portals to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
  • Analyze and improve the company's recruitment metrics for better hires.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a quick response to staffing needs.
  • Work to improve and expand the company's employer branding initiatives.
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms with prospective employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successful recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to use social media and recruiting software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
