Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a stimulating curriculum to meet educational objectives.

• Assess students' developmental needs, progress, and behaviors regularly.
• Employ a variety of educational techniques to enhance child learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
• Establish strong rapport with students through positive interaction and support.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying individual learning abilities.
• Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Plan and supervise class projects, field trips, and outside activities.
• Coordinate with other teaching staff to align curriculum and activities.
• Maintain records of children’s development, attendance, and education activities.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in a preschool or early education setting.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and childcare management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective parent-teacher relationships.
• Proven ability to develop creative and engaging educational activities.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable for safety purposes.
• Flexibility and patience to adapt to the dynamic needs of young learners.
