As a Manual QA Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products. Your keen attention to detail and analytical skills will facilitate the identification and documentation of software defects, ensuring they are reported and resolved before products reach our end-users. You will execute test plans, develop test cases, and collaborate closely with the development team to maintain the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects in a detailed and timely manner.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve application quality.
• Perform thorough regression testing when defects are fixed or new features are implemented.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design review meetings for new projects.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Work in an iterative environment where improvements are continuously made and submitted.
• Contribute to the design and user experience feedback with the product team.
• Verify functionality and usability on a range of platforms and environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, scripts, and results.
• Use bug tracking tools to report, manage, and prioritize test execution.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate test results, issues, and risks.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and continuous integration tools.
