Laravel Developer (225-925)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laravel Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of PHP frameworks, and an in-depth understanding of the Laravel architecture. You will be responsible for designing and developing new features, maintaining the existing codebase, and ensuring the functionality as well as efficiency of the web applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features is key. The role requires a balance of back-end programming and some front-end activities, ensuring custom-built applications meet user needs. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework and PHP.
• Collaborate with project managers to clarify objectives and requirements for new projects.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for various digital platforms and services.
• Monitor and improve the performance of existing and new web applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code and libraries according to industry standards.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot by debugging applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications by adding new features and resolving bugs.
• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing components with server-side logic.
• Conduct code assessments and provide feedback to improve code quality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
• Document the development process, coding changes, and project updates regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Laravel Developer or in a similar role in web development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, and familiarity with the Laravel framework is required.
• Experience in building responsive and scalable web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Ability to work within an Agile development environment and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and debugging complex applications.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
