Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through proactive communication and excellent service. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Senior Sales Team to contribute to the company’s success by achieving sales targets and engaging with potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and initiate contact through cold calls and emails.
  • Assist the Senior Sales Team in meetings and presentations with clients.
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date client database and track sales activities.
  • Respond to sales inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales training and mentorship programs to enhance sales skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales techniques and approaches.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and results to the sales management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and ethical practices in sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for client interaction.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
