We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong creative ability, and the dedication needed to help bring architectural projects to life. As a Junior Architect, you will be an integral part of our design team, assisting in the preparation of plans, designs, and drawings as well as compiling project specifications. You will work under the direction of senior architects and will have the opportunity to develop your skills further by getting involved in various phases of project development from inception to completion. Your role will require collaboration with other team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that our architectural solutions meet the high standards and creative vision synonymous with our company.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in designing and developing architecture projects from start to finish.
• Prepare, modify, and update architectural documents, working drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with both internal team members and external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Help conduct spatial and feasibility analyses as well as design research for projects.
• Participate in meetings with clients to gather and confirm project requirements and specifications.
• Support the creation of project presentations for clients to understand architectural solutions.
• Ensure that design work adheres to all relevant codes, state laws, and zoning regulations.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure that all files are organized and accessible.
• Prepare and present designs and technical aspects for client presentations and meetings.
• Contribute to sustainable and innovative design solutions that demonstrate environmental responsibility.
• Assist in the management of project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and materials within the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong design, graphic, and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and local construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a results-oriented approach.
• Open-minded and eager to learn new skills and innovative design techniques.
