Job Description

As an IT Support professional, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the technological infrastructure that supports the organization's operations. Your mission will be to ensure that IT systems run efficiently, reliably, and securely. Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software systems.
  • Diagnose technical issues and guide users towards appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain a record of issues and solutions using ticketing systems.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment and service-related issues.
  • Deliver timely and efficient customer service to resolve user inquiries.
  • Monitor system performance and report potential problems proactively.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is functioning correctly and identify any faults.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to enhance system efficiency and security.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT Support or a related IT service environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills for clear interaction with team and users.
  • Proficiency in using different operating systems and application software.
  • Knowledge of network configurations and hardware functionalities required.
  • Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Systems preferred.
