Job Description

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the support and growth of our sales operation. You will act as the backbone of our sales team by managing the day-to-day administrative functions, assisting account managers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in contributing to the strategic sales goals of the company. You would be expected to communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly. With a focus on customer retention and relationship-building, you will contribute directly to our goals by coordinating resources to meet customer demands and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and sales orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist the sales team in developing sales proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders.
  • Update and maintain the customer database with accurate information.
  • Generate and prepare sales reports and metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with the warehouse and customers.
  • Provide exceptional support and service to existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to increase sales channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement customer-focused promotional activities.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the processing of accounts and incoming payments for orders.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in customer order processing.
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team and independently as needed.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or sales is preferred.
