Responsibilities

• Develop compelling graphic design concepts for digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to understand project requirements.
• Create visual elements such as logos, layouts, and illustrations to enhance design outputs.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the industry.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders within given timelines.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of images, templates, and assets for design use.
• Collaborate with external printers and vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.
• Follow brand guidelines and enjoy pushing boundaries to create innovative designs.
• Provide support to other creative team members when needed, maintaining teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong creative skills and an eye for aesthetic detail and visual design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain ideas clearly.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience with web design and multimedia content creation is highly advantageous.
