The role of a Site Supervisor in Interior Design is crucial to the seamless execution and delivery of design projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure that the project design is implemented accurately and efficiently on-site. Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all on-site activities of interior design projects.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the approved design plans.
• Coordinate daily with contractors and sub-contractors to maintain project timelines.
• Manage project resources and materials to minimize waste and costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a site supervisor, preferably in interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for tracking progress.
