Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various departments to gather and consolidate necessary documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure documents are compliant with company standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information at all times.
  • Assist in developing and implementing document management policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to document control activities for management.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve issues related to document management software.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding document statuses and version history.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role in document management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of document retention policies and industry standards is preferred.
