As an Assistant Manager - Key Account Sales, you will play a crucial role in developing and sustaining long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This position involves working closely with Senior Account Managers, sales teams, and other departments to identify business opportunities, craft strategic plans, and optimize customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key account clients to foster loyalty.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to boost company revenue.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze market trends to provide analytical insights into customer strategies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the resolution of any customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to ensure optimal use of our products.
  • Support senior account managers in creating detailed reports on performance and forecasts.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
