Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and achieving sales targets. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with senior sales staff, you will gain experience in negotiations and closing deals, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with potential new clients and markets.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints thoughtfully.
  • Track sales leads, pipeline status, and follow-up activities accurately.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new promotional opportunities.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Regularly update sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in sales meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving set targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and sales conferences.
