Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expanding team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with appropriate solutions. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to maintain customer relationships and seek referrals.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer records using sales management software.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and adjust sales strategies as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel and attend meetings, workshops, and industry events.
