Responsibilities

• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to develop test plans and test cases.
• Monitor system implementation and feedback to ensure project success.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and report project progress.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve any implementation-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest IT and business analysis trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in IT business analysis or related field.
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and modeling.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, systems, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management software and analytical tools is advantageous.
