Prime Video's Global Shared Services (GSS) is the operational engine behind the marketing that brings hundreds of millions of customers to the content they love. We produce high-volume digital assets and execute campaigns at global scale — fast, with quality, and across Prime Video.

We're looking for a Head of GSS Operations to lead end-to-end operations across our India sites. This is a senior leadership role accountable for Design Production and Campaign Operations — owning the operational strategy, team performance, and people development for a multi-layered organization of individual contributors and people managers. You will set the standard for how work gets done: driving operational excellence, building scalable mechanisms, and developing the leaders who will grow with us.

The ideal candidate is a proven operations leader who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments. You bring deep experience managing large teams across multiple functions, a track record of raising the bar on quality and efficiency, and the judgment to balance short-term delivery with long-term capability building. You communicate with clarity, earn trust across levels and geographies, and are energized by the challenge of scaling operations in a business that moves quickly.

Key job responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for Design Production and Campaign Operations across two India sites, translating global GSS plans into site-level execution
• Lead a multi-layered organization of people managers and individual contributors, setting clear accountability and performance standards at every level
• Drive operational metrics including quality, throughput, efficiency, and on-time delivery — identifying root causes and implementing solutions when performance gaps emerge
• Build and develop the leadership bench: mentoring people managers, driving succession planning, and creating career pathways that retain top talent
• Drive organizational design and scaling decisions, determining optimal team structures and capability distribution as the business evolves
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with global GSS leadership, marketing teams, and technology partners — communicating with clarity across levels and geographies
• Champion operational efficiency through process improvement, automation opportunities, and resource optimization
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture across both sites while navigating ambiguity and guiding the organization through change

Global Shared Services (GSS) is a centralized, multi-functional organization within Prime Video Global Marketing that delivers design production, campaign operations, planning, and business intelligence at scale. Operating across sites in India, Costa Rica, the EU and the US, GSS brings together these functions to deliver with speed, quality, and efficiency. We're a team that thrives on operational rigor while continuously evolving through automation, AI, and smarter ways of working.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of creative services experience
• Experience managing teams
• Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
• Experience with digital asset management tools
• Experience leading process improvements or operations tool implementations (e.g. digital asset management tool)
• Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth or expansion
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience setting metric driven goals to improve a department or an organization
• Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
• Experience managing through other managers (leading leaders), with demonstrated ability to build and develop multi-layered teams
• Leadership experience in operations, marketing operations, or creative/digital production environments
