Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth persona research (sellers, category managers, logistics partners) to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize problems by impact and feasibility, and design tailored solutions for each persona.
• Design and implement a seamless, B2C-like fulfilment experience, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations to align on and execute supply chain solutions.
• Run agile cycles to rapidly build, test, and refine initiatives based on market and internal feedback.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years in product management, with a focus on supply chain solutions in e-commerce or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
