About the role:


We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Server Operations Engineer II to manage and support Windows/Linux servers, DC/DR infrastructure, endpoint management, security applications, Web Proxy/SWG, CASB, and basic networking.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, infrastructure, and security expertise, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Network, and Application teams.

What you will do:

  • Administer and support enterprise Windows and Linux servers across production, non-production, DC, and DR environments.

  • Perform server provisioning, patching, hardening, upgrades, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

  • Troubleshoot OS, application, service, performance, and connectivity-related issues.

  • Support vulnerability remediation, security hardening, ITIL-based changes, and infrastructure maintenance.

  • Support DC/DR infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, replication, failover/failback, DR drills, and capacity planning.

  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot security tools such as EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, encryption, and security monitoring agents.

  • Administer JAMF and Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, configuration, application deployment, and endpoint security.

  • Support SWG/Web Proxy and Netskope CASB, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, application controls, DLP, and cloud access policies.

  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, RDP, VLANs, routing, and firewalls.

  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Network, and Application teams to resolve incidents and implement infrastructure and security improvements.

  • Maintain server inventory, configuration documentation, operational procedures, and compliance standards.

What you will need:

  • 6–8 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure/server operations with hands-on Windows and Linux administration.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows services, patching, and troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu or equivalent), system administration, services, logs, and basic shell scripting.

  • Working knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or equivalent virtualization platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with JAMF and Microsoft Intune for endpoint/MDM management.

  • Good understanding of EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, endpoint security, SWG/Web Proxy, SSL inspection, CASB, and DLP.

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, firewalls, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.

  • Experience supporting Data Center and Disaster Recovery environments, including replication, failover/failback, and DR testing.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and cloud services is preferred.

  • Ability to provide L2/L3 support and participate in 24x7 on-call/shift support as required.

  • Experience working with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, documentation, and incident-management skills.

  • Experience working with vendors/OEMs and cross-functional infrastructure, security, and network teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
