Chief of Staff

• ResultFlow is building an AI platform that helps ecommerce brands deliver personalized shopping experiences using autonomous AI agents.

• As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you’ll work closely with the CEO as a strategic and execution partner across the company.
• This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think like a strategist, operate like an owner, and execute like an operator.
• You may work on strategy one day, a critical customer conversation the next, and a company-wide initiative or hiring decision after that.
• The expectation is simple: figure out what matters, bring structure to it and make it happen.

• Work directly with the CEO on the company’s highest-priority initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Turn ideas and decisions into clear plans, owners, timelines, and outcomes.
• Analyze business metrics and help leadership make better decisions.
• Prepare leadership reviews, investor materials, and strategic presentations.
• Support important customer conversations and business development initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps and build better ways of working.
• Research markets, competitors, technologies, and new opportunities.
• Support hiring, organizational planning, and other critical company initiatives.
• Take ownership of whatever is most important for the company at that point in time.

• 2–5 years of experience preferably from a top-tier institution or high-performance environment such as startups, consulting, strategy, product, investment banking or VC. Candidates from top-tier institutions, including IIMs are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking.
• Strong analytical and business judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High ownership with a strong bias toward execution.
• Comfortable operating independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong customer-facing and commercial communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively to improve productivity and decision-making.

• Experience working directly with a founder or executive team.
• Startup, SaaS, AI or ecommerce experience.
• Experience owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Familiarity with product, technology, data, or business analytics.
