As an Infrastructure Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within Consumer & Community Banking Team, you will design, implement, and manage robust AWS cloud environments and automated CI/CD pipelines
Job Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes for rapid and reliable application delivery.
Integrate automated testing and security scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
Write and maintain scripts for automating cloud infrastructure and application deployment (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Implement configuration management with tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus).
Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments and pipelines.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration, support, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Formal training or certification on Devops or Cloud engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
Proven experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, ALB, NLB, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Strong scripting and automation skills.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Bash, PowerShell).
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar certifications.
Experience with additional CI/CD tools such as Spinnaker.
Experience in highly regulated environments or with compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
