Job Description

The role of a Telesales Executive is pivotal in driving the sales process for our organization by directly engaging with potential customers over the phone. As a Telesales Executive, you are the voice of the company, responsible for establishing initial contact with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products or services. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive techniques will help in converting leads into sales and achieving targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential customers via telephone to generate new sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the value of products or services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  • Build rapport with existing and potential customers to foster long-term relationships.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with lead status and contact information.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly telephonic sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and reservations to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Conduct targeted and organized outbound sales calls with a sales-oriented focus.
  • Develop and refine sales scripts to increase conversion rates and effectiveness.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a customer service environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desired.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
