Job Description

As a Furniture Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales associates, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor new sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Manage pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the furniture industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales-related applications.
