Job Description

The SEO Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of an organization through strategic search engine optimization and marketing efforts. This role is integral in driving organic traffic to the company's digital platforms, increasing brand awareness, and ultimately boosting sales and revenue. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize content for search engines and users.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using analytics tools to identify improvement areas.
  • Keep abreast of industry changes and integrate new SEO techniques accordingly.
  • Work with the web development team to implement necessary site changes for SEO improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and strategic enhancements.
  • Ensure the company's digital presence remains compliant with search engine guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the social media team to ensure SEO efforts are complemented by social strategies.
  • Manage technical aspects of SEO, including website structure, page speed, and mobile optimization.
  • Supervise and coach junior SEO team members to enhance their skills and contributions.
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep skills and knowledge current and relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and trends.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and website administration is advantageous.
