We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will work closely with the sales manager to develop strategies to reach new customers and expand our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and trends.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to drive brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Ensure timely after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software proficiency.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
