We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular contact.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales tactics and strategies.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports regularly.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to increase success rates.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and attend industry-related events or seminars.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends to remain competitive.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales material and campaigns.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, plus excellent negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals to achieve sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
