We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist (BDS) to join our dental practice. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide variety of dental conditions, performing routine procedures like cleanings and fillings, and providing excellent oral health education to our patients. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions accurately.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' dental needs and preferences.
• Conduct routine dental procedures such as cleanings, extractions, and root canals.
• Provide patients with guidance on preventive dental care and oral hygiene practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatments and procedures performed.
• Collaborate with dental specialists for referrals and complex treatment plans.
• Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are maintained and sterilized properly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Stay informed on advancements in dentistry and integrate new technologies into practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Manage dental assistants and hygienists to enhance patient care efficiency.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license and adherence to dental laws and regulations.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a general dentistry practice preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in a variety of dental procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and service.
