Job Description

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and leading a high-performance sales team. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. This role demands proficiency in market research, developing customer relationships, and effectively managing sales processes. Your skills in leadership, communication, and strategic planning will contribute to shaping the sales team's culture and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on sales performance to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Capability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships.
