  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and plans to management regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to better serve clients.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior sales team members as needed.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our products or services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain client trust.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Experience in the same or a similar industry will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
