A Sales Engineer specializing in Calibration is an integral role within our organization, merging technical precision with client-facing sales acumen. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the calibration solutions market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide detailed technical knowledge about calibration products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and bids for potential and existing customers.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations in calibration.
  • Meet or exceed set sales targets and contribute to the team’s financial objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting success and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our calibration solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field required.
  • Proven experience in a sales or technical role within the calibration or similar industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and grow revenues consistently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to engage clients and attend industry events.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
