Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive with a focus on Inbound and Inventory operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. This role involves managing the inbound logistics, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring that all procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in supply chain management, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills to coordinate with different departments, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an ability to implement improvement strategies that enhance operational performance.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the inbound logistics process to ensure efficient delivery schedules are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and storage solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring that inventory is readily available.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate terms to improve inbound logistics operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory status and inbound logistics performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations in inventory management.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in inbound and inventory processes.
  • Lead and motivate the operations team to meet performance targets consistently.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes in the inbound department.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to enhance inventory tracking systems.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to address and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically inbound logistics and inventory.
  • Exceptional ability to manage time and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
