Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

  • Engage in and support cross-departmental administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or relevant role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to maintain a tidy workspace.
