  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
  • Support data entry tasks and maintain accurate records for various office functions.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops as required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office workspace and meeting areas.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review, upon request.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed to meet business goals.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures, policies, and operations sub-tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills suitable for multitasking environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to accurately handle data entry tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is considered a plus.
