We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales functions and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and ultimately driving successful sales engagements. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales team members in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other creative methods.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client's specific business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and revenue streams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.
  • Prepare reports on account status and track sales metrics to evaluate performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to increase sales knowledge and skills.
  • Support in resolving client issues and provide information in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role or related field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings and events as required.
