Job Description

As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of jewellery products and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary task is to build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, thereby recommending suitable jewellery pieces from our exquisite collection. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, closing sales, and providing after-sales support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the jewellery market, excellent salesmanship, and the ability to deliver a personalized shopping experience. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our jewellery store by not only meeting but exceeding sales targets through exemplary customer service and a passion for luxury products.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery products effectively.
  • Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers during the sales process.
  • Achieve sales targets by employing sales techniques and strategies for customer engagement.
  • Maintain an updated and rich knowledge of jewellery trends and new product offerings.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure high standards of store display and product presentation for optimum sales impact.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
  • Administer the sales process from inception to closure, including payment handling.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Provide support in planning and executing marketing and promotional events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the jewellery industry or luxury retail sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
  • Proficiency with sales software and Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions.
