The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with all applicable safety laws and regulations. This position requires an individual with strong leadership and communication skills, who can effectively implement and promote a safety and environmental culture within the organization. The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing safety and environment management systems, facilitating training programs, and conducting audits and inspections to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential risks, implementing preventive measures, and providing guidance and support to all levels of staff to ensure a safe workplace, thereby minimizing environmental impacts and enhancing the overall health and safety performance of the company.
