Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources activities, ensuring that our workplace remains efficient, effective, and harmonious. You will work closely with department heads and employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and supporting various HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding to integrate new hires efficiently.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from staff and management.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with current information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and handle employee relations issues professionally.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment processes.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations.
  • Support performance management processes by providing guidance and documentation.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies and employee professional development.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on HR metrics to support decision-making initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess and improve organizational culture and morale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in a business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
