Job Description

As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the human resources department by overseeing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and development. You will ensure that the organization follows all relevant employment laws and practices while fostering a positive culture that attracts and retains top talent. This role is critical as you will act as a bridge between management and employees, promoting the organization's values, advising on HR policies, and implementing strategies to support the organizational goals. Your expertise will be crucial in developing programs that improve workplace productivity and enhance employee satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for hiring qualified candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and training programs for smooth integration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and practices promptly.
  • Conduct performance management processes to align with company objectives.
  • Advise management on HR-related matters to improve decision-making processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide support for employee relationships.
  • Participate in developing and refining organizational development initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on the effectiveness of HR strategies.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits plans for competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role for at least 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
  • Experience with HR software and MS Office applications proficiency.
