Job Description

The Field Service Engineer II (21N25) is a crucial role responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of equipment and systems at client sites. Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and control systems.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and end-users.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and report to management.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex equipment issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure proper equipment usage.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times.
  • Prepare detailed field reports for each service visit and intervention.
  • Manage inventory and order spare parts as needed for field operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and service procedures.
  • Assist in the development of troubleshooting guides for common issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of field service experience required in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this role.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision is vital.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
