Job Description

The Executive - Client Services is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for managing and enhancing the client relationship experience. This dynamic position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster trust and satisfaction among our clientele. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate with different departments to deliver excellent service, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and help to drive the company's growth through positive client engagement. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a client-focused mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent and high-quality service to clients.
  • Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance client accounts.
  • Analyze client feedback and suggest service improvements to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to assess and fulfill their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including service changes and feedback.
  • Develop strategies to improve client engagement and product utilization.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, minimizing any negative impact on the relationship.
  • Prepare and present client reports, detailing service performance and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to better serve the client base and recommend improvements.
  • Organize and lead client meetings to discuss strategy, issues, and service updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in client services or account management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-centric approach.
  • Experience with CRM software and other client management tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
